• Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law and outlined in the contract.

6. Permits & Inspections

• Customers agree to allow access for inspections required by local or state authorities.

• Basements & Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by permitting offices or inspection scheduling.

7. Project Timelines & Delays

Estimated timelines are provided as a general guideline only. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Material or supply chain delays

• Permit or inspection scheduling

• Unforeseen site conditions

• Customer-requested changes

Basements & Beyond is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.

8. Warranties & Workmanship

• Basements & Beyond warrants workmanship as specified in your contract.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used and are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or work performed by others.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the work area

• Secure or remove personal belongings from construction areas

• Ensure utilities are accessible when required

• Communicate promptly regarding approvals, decisions, or concerns

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines and costs.
